FAQs

  1. Are Vaccines Required? Yes, to attend the 100th Celebration we require that all eligible attendees complete or maintain full vaccination status (per CDC) so that we can gather as safely as possible. Please bring physical or digital proof of your vaccination status to the event.

  2. I live in the area, is there a day drop in rate? No, we are asking all attendees to pay the individual registration rate. The registration price includes meals and activities for the event, we are including cabins at no extra cost to make the event more accessible for folks traveling. Anything additional, after covering the event costs, will be allocated toward campership funds. If you foresee any barriers to registering or attending the event please email us at midpines.waukeela@gmail.com.

  3. How do cabin assignments work? What are all the lodging options? Your registration covers the cost to stay on camp. We will be randomly assigning cabins as the event draws nearer. If you would like a specific cabin and would like to guarantee who is in your cabin, you should participate in the Cabin Auction which will be taking place in June. The Cabin Auction gives you the opportunity to bid for the cabin of your choice and all proceeds will go to the 'Mid Pines Foundation.
